تُصنع سلاسل الدراجات النارية من فولاذ عالي الجودة مثل 40Mn و30CrMnTi و20Mn. بعد عمليات التشكيل والقطع والدرفلة والتشكيل على البارد وغيرها من العمليات باستخدام آلات ومعدات عالية الدقة، تُعالج الأجزاء وتُقوّى بالمعالجة الحرارية بالكربون النيتروجيني المتساوي الحرارة، ثم تُعالج بمواد مانعة للصدأ. وأخيرًا، تُجمّع السلاسل وتُثبّت بالمسامير وتُسحب مسبقًا وتُفحص بواسطة خط تجميع وفحص آلي مستورد من تشجيانغ لضمان الأداء الأمثل لكل سلسلة.
تُصنع تروس الدراجات النارية من فولاذ عالي الجودة مثل 20CrMnTi و1045. بعد عمليات التشكيل والتسوية والخراطة والطحن وغيرها من العمليات عالية الدقة، يتم تقوية التروس بعملية التبريد السريع في درجات حرارة عالية، ثم تُطلى بالكهرباء وتُرش وتُعالج سطحياً بعد عملية السفع الرملي.
