The Ever-power Sprocket with QD (Quick-Disconnect) Bushings is engineered to meet the rigorous demands of modern industrial power transmission. Built from AISI 1045 Carbon Steel (sprocket); Cast iron or steel (QD bushing), these sprockets cover chain sizes No.35, No.40, No.41, No.50, No.60, No.80, No.100, No.120, No.140, No.160, No.200 (single/double/triple) with pitch range 3/8″ to 2-1/2″. Available configurations include QD-Type B, QD-Type C, QD-Type B1, QD-Type C1 configurations. Every unit is CNC-machined to ANSI B29.1 tolerances and undergoes 100% dimensional inspection before shipping.

What is a QD bushing?
A standardised tapered bushing with a flanged face that clamps onto a shaft using cap screws. It allows sprocket removal by simply loosening the screws and using the jacking holes.
How many QD bushing types are there?
Common types include JA, JA-H, SH, SDS, SD, SK, SF, E, F, J, M, and N, each covering different bore and hub diameter ranges.
Are QD bushings interchangeable across brands?
Yes, QD bushings follow an industry-standard taper and bolt pattern, so Ever-power QD sprockets accept bushings from major manufacturers.
Can I get a hardened-teeth QD sprocket?
Yes, our QD sprockets with 25 teeth or fewer come standard with induction-hardened teeth. We also offer full-hardened versions for abrasive applications.
What is the difference between QD-Type B and QD-Type C?
QD-Type B has the QD bushing hub on one side. QD-Type C has bushing hubs on both sides for centred chain alignment or dual-support applications.

Prosedur Pemasangan
- Shaft Cleaning: Remove rust, grease, and old adhesive from the shaft surface using emery cloth and solvent.
- Bushing Preparation: Inspect the bushing bore and taper for damage. Apply a thin film of anti-seize compound to the taper surface.
- Assembly: Place the bushing into the sprocket hub, align the bolt holes, and finger-tighten the cap screws.
- Positioning: Slide the assembly onto the shaft to the desired axial position.
- Tightening: Torque cap screws evenly in a star pattern to the manufacturer’s specified value.
- Verification: Spin the shaft by hand and verify free rotation. Check alignment with a straight edge or laser.

Perform visual inspection of tooth profiles weekly. Lubricate the chain with ISO VG 100 oil every 500 hours. Measure chain elongation monthly — replace at 3% stretch. If tooth flank wear exceeds 0.5 mm beyond the original profile template, replace the sprocket. Always replace chain and sprocket as a matched set.
