オートバイ用スプロケットは、20CrMnTi、1045などの高品質鋼材で作られています。高精度プレス加工、レベリング、旋削、フライス加工などの工程を経て、高温焼入れ処理により強化され、ショットブラスト処理後に電気めっき、スプレー塗装などの表面処理が施されます。
