Available configurations include Type B (one hub) and Type C (two hubs). Every unit is CNC-machined to ANSI B29.1 tolerances and undergoes 100% dimensional inspection before shipping.

Sélectionner par numéro de chaîne
Identifiez le numéro de série de la chaîne gravé sur ses flasques. Assurez-vous qu'il corresponde à celui du pignon pour une compatibilité garantie. Utilisez la même série pour le pignon menant et le pignon mené.
Sélection selon les exigences de l'application
Convoyeurs et emballages légers : n° 35–50. Entraînements industriels et agricoles généraux : n° 50–80. Granulats lourds, exploitation minière et traitement de l'acier : n° 80–140. Applications à charge extrême : n° 140–200.
Sélectionner par capacité de charge
Calculez la puissance de conception, appliquez le facteur de service approprié (1,0 pour une charge uniforme, 1,3 pour un choc modéré, 1,5+ pour un choc important), puis consultez les tableaux de puissance ANSI pour connaître le pas de chaîne et le nombre de brins minimum qui répondent ou dépassent vos exigences.

Double-strand distributes the load across two chain rows, reducing individual chain stress by approximately 50%, which extends both chain and sprocket life.
Are the two tooth rows aligned?
Yes, both rows are CNC-hobbed in a single setup to ensure precise inter-row alignment within 0.05 mm.
Can I run a single chain on one row?
This is not recommended. Running a single chain on a duplex sprocket causes uneven loading and accelerated wear.
What hub types are available?
Type B (hub on one side) and Type C (hubs on both sides) are standard configurations.
Do you supply duplex chains as well?

- Shaft Cleaning: Remove rust, grease, and old adhesive from the shaft surface using emery cloth and solvent.
- Bushing Preparation: Inspect the bushing bore and taper for damage. Apply a thin film of anti-seize compound to the taper surface.
- Assembly: Place the bushing into the sprocket hub, align the bolt holes, and finger-tighten the cap screws.
- Positioning: Slide the assembly onto the shaft to the desired axial position.
- Tightening: Torque cap screws evenly in a star pattern to the manufacturer’s specified value.
- Verification: Spin the shaft by hand and verify free rotation. Check alignment with a straight edge or laser.
