What is the maximum misalignment tolerance?
Angular misalignment should not exceed 1° and parallel offset should be within 0.5 mm between the two chain planes.
Are the two chain rows independently tensionable?
Chain tension is adjusted at the driven (slave) sprocket end. Both rows share the same center distance, so tension is equalised by the sprocket geometry.
Do you supply matched chain pairs?
Yes, we can supply pre-measured, matched-length chain pairs to ensure equal tension on both rows from initial installation.
