Ланцюг мотоцикла виготовлений з високоякісної сталі, такої як 40Mn, 30CrMnTi та 20Mn. Після штампування, різання, вальцювання, холодного висадження та інших процесів на високоточному обладнанні деталі обробляються та зміцнюються за допомогою ізотермічної карбонітридної термічної обробки, а потім обробляються засобами захисту від іржі. Нарешті, ланцюг збирається, заклепується, попередньо натягується та перевіряється на автоматичній лінії складання та контролю, імпортованій з Чжецзяна, щоб забезпечити якісну роботу кожного ланцюга.
Зірочка мотоцикла виготовлена з 20CrMnTi, 1045 та інших високоякісних сталей.
